mens COMPETITION RULES (during the covid-19 pandemic)

Entry

Sunday competitions will run from 7:30am - 4pm where the course will be reserved for the competition only.

Booking must be made online through The ClubV1 App or through Howdidido booking section. On the homepage of the app or on the “booking” tab you will see a tab called “bookable competitions”. Click the small arrow in the corner of that tab to take you through to booking where you will be asked if you wish to add a partner and to make payment.

When you have entered the competition this will debit your account by £5. You will need to pay your entry before playing. Entry closes at 10am on Sunday 7th June but we anticipate that places will sell out quickly. You can withdraw from the Competition up until midnight on the Saturday evening and receive a full refund of your entry fee. Any withdrawals after this time will not be refunded.

You can make payment to enter either by cash to John in the office any time between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, by telephone payment, or by bank transfer to the following account:

Mountain Ash Golf Club

Account No. 30647063

Sort Code. 20-68-76

Please use your name as the payment reference.

The office will not be open on the weekend to make payment in cash.

If you choose to, you can credit your competition account as much as you like, speak to John in advance to arrange this. This will make it easier than sending a bank transfer every week.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can phone the office to enter the competition but please do not do this if you have the app as it will overwhelm the Club Secretary.

Changes to the draw can only be requested by contacting the office by midday the day before a competition.
